TERMS OF SERVICE

Usage Policy

- Personal use only. You may print, edit, use it as your pfp, and repost your commission with permission and proper credit.- Do not redistribute my work without permission.- DO NOT USE MY ART FOR NFT/COMMERCIAL USE.-DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI TRAINING.- Do not claim my art as yours.- I have the right to use commissioned pieces as a sample in my pricelist.-I have the right to post your commission in my social media with [Commission] signed on it.

Waitlist

- If my comms are closed and you wish to commission me, please DM me through discord (@honnyam) to take up a spot on the waiting list.- I will notify you once my commissions are open again to start working on your piece.

Payment/Timeframe

- Payment via Ko-Fi/Paypal, can only recieve in USD (US Dollars).- Payment will be recieved after the sketch approval (no refunds).-Payment will cost the total price + $2.00, as Paypal takes a bit of funds.- Commission will take between 2-5 months depending on the complexity and how busy I am.- If there is a deadline, please let me know in advance so I can prioritize your piece.

Revisions

- Revisions are in the SKETCH PHASE ONLY.- Major/repeated revisions while working on the commission will incur an extra cost.

When requesting a commission, please provide:
- Preferably visual references of the character along with their clothing reference and/or props
- References of pose you’d like the character to be in (e.g. a stick figure drawing in ms paint can help a lot!)
- A visual/written description of what kind of angle/atmosphere you want
- Facial expression
-Background color, or background reference.
